Mods, program ports and shell scripts for hardware running OpenWrt

Modified CFE 3.7 bootloader - for overclocking the Linksys WRT54GL to 275MHz In its stock state, the WRT54GL (BCM3302 0.8) can only be overclocked to 250MHz. If you want to go higher, you'll need to modify the bootloader. The original modification was done for CFE 3.6 -- this is the same thing for CFE 3.7, along with a couple of nvram changes.

MiniUPnP client for OpenWrt - a tiny standalone UPnP client I ported the test client for Thomas Bernard's MiniUPnPc library to OpenWrt. It can be used to forward ports from UPnP-capable access points to an arbitrary client, which is most useful on OpenWrt when it's being used as a routed client.

Firewall template - customizable iptables scripts A set of scripts for a customizble iptables firewall that will forward ports - globally, for a whitelist, and/or switched via a hardware button such as SES - blacklist IPs/netblocks, and restrict local clients to LAN access only. Should work with any OpenWrt router.

Adding an MMC or SD card - for massive storage space on the WRT54GL An extra 512MB, 1GB, 2GB or more of storage space. Use the space for new packages, logfiles, backups, or torrents. The cards are cheap and all it takes is a little time and a soldering iron.
